For over 20 years Ron has focused on corporate and business development as both an acquirer and as a selling founder. He led global teams at Amazon that delivered some of its largest partnerships and alliances. Previously Ron served on the founding teams of notable early stage companies; as CEO, V.P. of Business Development, Senior Vice President of Market Development, and Chief Strategy Officer resulting in several exits. Ron holds eight US Patents.
Paul Butcher

Paul Butcher was senior technologist behind several successful start-ups and has repeatedly driven the entrepreneurial process from business plan and prototyping through to execution and exit. He is a recognized authority on software engineering having written two critically acclaimed books* on the subject and holds one US Patent. Paul was Chief Software Architect of SwiftKey, subsequently acquired by Microsoft. He went on to co-found English Language iTutoring, subsequently acquired by Cambridge Assessment English.
Rafael Rocha

For over 16 years Rafael has focused on public and private equity markets in North America, Europe, and Latin America. His experience in venture capital spans the scope of investor, advisor, and mentor to venture funds and start-ups alike. Throughout the years, Rafael has also been a member of several boards of directors and audit committees in both public and private companies.

Gregg Berretta has served as senior leadership at multiple venture-backed and public companies and is both a licensed attorney and inventor with two US Patents. Gregg has been involved in six separate M&A deals as an acquiree and has worked in the cloud, telecom, wireless, cybersecurity, and IoT industries.

Gary Berg has over 40 years of experience in business management, both as a leader and founder of technology companies in the UK. He has an extensive background in accounting systems and implementation of best practices for cash management, payroll, and forecasting. Gary is responsible for the operations and administration of XLIO™ as well as a resource for our made to order startups.™
