We’ll leverage our extensive expertise and global networks to ideate and staff the startup. And you’ll have full visibility in its growth and development.

FULL VISIBILITY OF TECHNICAL DEVELOPMENT

As the startup is built only for you, we can utilize your development environment, proprietary code and processes, and iterate with you as we achieve the KPIs. To ensure collaboration, we’ve built The Studio, our SSO project-coordination platform, that can utilize your choice of collaboration tools (Confluence, Jira, etc.) while ensuring this information remains securely behind your firewall. You’ll be kept up-to-date as code is checked in, quality-assured and completed.

FULL VISIBILITY OF OUR HIRING LOOPS

You’ll meet and vet the founders and employees that we identify as the team is built. If desired, you can assign a recruiting manager to participate directly in our hiring process.

3 · Completion

Acquire a team you’ve met and vetted, and technology you’ve shaped and tested. Ownership of the startup is transferred in its entirety from XLIO to your business.
